Replacing, repairing or renovating roofs
No roof is too high for our roofers. We place any type of roof, whether it is zinc, slate, copper or bituminous roofing. Has your roof suffered storm damage or leakage? We can do spot repairs or replace the whole roof right away.
We are specialised in renovating listed buildings and mansions. We still solder your gutters, side plates, dormer windows and balconies the traditional way, using zinc strips that we have manufactured with our own rolling mill. While renovating, it is also possible to install roof insulation – a sensible way to save energy.
Chimney
A chimney gives that little bit extra to a house. Unfortunately, chimneys require maintenance. Does your chimney need maintenance or replacing? We install new concrete slabs, hoods, jointing or lead slabs so that you can really enjoy the heating during the cold winter months.
Roof garden
Have you always dreamt of a wonderful roof garden where you can enjoy the evening sun with friends and family? We will build roof gardens with wooden flooring, fences, flower boxes or thicker roofing without a problem. We also supply roof hatches and new staircases.
Tip
Roof insulation often is an expensive job. Did you know that there are subsidy schemes in place? Maybe you will qualify for a subsidy. If you can't make head or tails of it, A1 Maatwerk would be glad to help you out.
